  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. However, customs charges may apply in your country which would be charged to you by your postal service upon arrival in your country.

 

  • Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We offer wholesale pricing! There will be a minimum quantity that must be ordered. Please email info@incrediblybritish.co.uk for more information. 

 

  • Who do I contact for press inquiries?

For all press inquiries email info@incrediblybritish.co.uk and your email will be forwarded to the right person!

 

  • I got the wrong shirt. How can I get my correct order?

In the event of a wrong order, please contact Customer Service at info@incrediblybritish.co.uk We will ask you to take a picture of what you have received for verification purposes. We will then check our records to verify your claim. If we made the mistake, we will go ahead and send you your correct order.

 

  • I received a defective or damaged product. What do I do?

Please contact Customer Service at info@incrediblybritish.co.uk. We will ask you to take a picture of what you have received for verification purposes. If we made the mistake, we will go ahead and send you your correct order.

 

  • I entered the wrong address information. Can I still correct it?

Unfortunately, once you submit an order with us, it automatically goes to our print partner whom make each product to order and so it is not possible to then edit the order. Our print provider has a policy not to do so, as to do so, will pause the entire production process for the thousands of other brands they create products for. You will have to wait for your order to be shipped to you and then you can return it for an exchange.

 

  • I just made an order but I changed my mind and I'd like to cancel it.

Please order carefully. Unfortunately, once you submit an order with us, it automatically goes to our print partner whom make each product to order and so it is not possible to then cancel the order. You will have to wait for your order to be shipped to you and then you can return it.

 

  • I made an order 3 days ago and since it hasn’t been shipped yet. I'd like to cancel it.

Please know that all our shirts are made-to-order. Orders are sent to the production que immediately from the time your order is placed. We cannot cancel your order once you’ve submitted it. Please bear in mind that production time may take 5-7 business days but delays may occur during holidays.

 

  • What's the ETA of my order?

An ETA can only be provided when your order has been released from production and transferred to the courier. The current turnaround time for production is 5-7 business days plus 3 business days for shipping. So around 8 - 10 working days from the day you order.

 

  • I received the shipping notification but I still haven't received my order.

Has it been 8-10 working days since you ordered? If not, please wait until after 10 working days to contact customer service at info@incrediblybritish.co.uk , and we will try to help find the order for you.
